Cenk Kemal Haznaci
Born in Izmir in 1980, he had a keen interest in foreign languages from a young age. His family purchased him his first English learning set when he was 12. He obtained a good level of English before even starting high school by constantly watching English-speaking TV channels like CNN International, BBC News and Eurosport. He enrolled in Spanish Language and Literature at Istanbul University but did not complete his studies. His love for languages never subsided and in 2006, with some pushing from his friends, he became a freelance translator. Thanks to translation, he made a decent living. And, again, thanks to translation, he was accepted into Canada as an immigrant in 2016.
